Lazy B Studios LLC (“Lazy B Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) develops and operates mobile and enterprise software applications, including FullStroke, Golf Tracker, Bill Reminder, Chemflo-Suite, Signops-Pro, and SampleFlow (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use any of our Services. By downloading, installing, or using a Lazy B Studios application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.

• App-specific data you enter: repair records, golf scores, bill due dates, work orders, inventory records, or sample tracking data

• Usage data: features accessed, session duration, in-app navigation patterns, and crash reports

• Precise GPS location without explicit in-app opt-in consent
• Camera, microphone, or photo library access without explicit permission
• Personal data from children under 13 years of age
• Raw payment card numbers — all payments are processed by third-party PCI-compliant providers

We do not use your data for targeted advertising and we do not build advertising profiles based on your activity.

4.1 Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party vendors who have access to your data only as needed to perform their functions and are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality. Current providers include:

• Google Play / Google Firebase — Android app distribution and optional analytics (policies.google.com/privacy)

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lazy B Studios LLC, our users, or the public.

4.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. App-Specific Data Practices

The following summarizes the type of user-provided data each application handles:

• FullStroke — customer names, vehicle/equipment records, work order details, parts inventory, invoices
• Golf Tracker — golf scores, handicap index, optional player profile, and social group data
• Bill Reminder — bill names, due dates, amounts, and payment schedules (stored locally or in your account)
• Chemflo-Suite — industrial process data, chemical inventory records, compliance logs (enterprise accounts only)
• Signops-Pro — job records, crew assignments, client project data (enterprise accounts only)
• SampleFlow — brand sample records, tracking statuses, due dates (in development)

None of the above categories of data are shared with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. When you close your account or submit a valid deletion request (see Section 7), we will remove your data from active systems within 30 calendar days, except where retention is required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, legal disputes, or financial record-keeping (typically up to 7 years for financial records where required by law).

7. Data Deletion Requests

In compliance with Google Play’s 2026 Developer Policy and Apple App Store guidelines, Lazy B Studios LLC provides a clear, accessible process for users to request the deletion of their personal data at any time, regardless of whether they still have an active account.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion — request permanent deletion of your personal data (see Section 7)
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

9. Third-Party Services & SDKs

Our applications may integrate third-party SDKs or link to external services not operated by Lazy B Studios LLC. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their policies independently.

Any personal data shared with third-party AI services, analytics platforms, or integrated tools will be disclosed in this policy before deployment. We obtain explicit user consent prior to sharing personal data with any such service where required by applicable law.

10. Security

We implement industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption for data in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive fields at rest, role-based access controls, and regular internal security reviews. 11. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. 12. International Users

Our Services are operated from the United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy regardless of where it is processed.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make significant changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top and, where appropriate, provide notice via in-app notification or email. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
